A surprise in the Garden

</i>

Ka took off from Tal's shoulders as he stood up. Stretching his arms wide, he inhaled a deep breath. Stretching every muscle and joint, he exhaled slowly, the tension in his body releasing. Now fully relaxed he leaned forward to gaze at the scenery below him. Slowing the flow of his will out through the bottom of his feet, he began to slowly descend through the cloud towards a giant lake underneath him. Smiling, he let himself free fall several hundred feet down into the lake. He felt the rush of the warm air as he hurtled down towards the water. Just as he was about to slam in the water, he landed peacefully, feet lightly touching the water.

The lake was settled quietly in the middle of a vast meadow. Tal focused his mind, bringing his energy out, it began to flow with the surrounding energies. Like a quiet stream that never ends, the energies flow throughout everything to the pulse of Sol's melodies. Listening to the vibrations of energy, Tal began to dance to the music for hours. As he was dancing he noticed that Sol wasn't the only conductor and his melody wasn't the only song. Something was off, thinking it was himself he fell back into the grass, opening his eyes to the night sky above him.

What he noticed though, weren't the stars or moon, but Ka was floating above him. Enveloped in a bright orange orb, three smaller orbs orbited him. They danced not to Sol's melody, but this separate melody playing behind it. The melody grew louder until a bright light exploded throughout the landscape of reality. A loud roar followed and for several blinded moments, nothing but a bright yellow light could be seen. Tal was confused and instinctively felt out for the other wanderers. He felt an emotion he hadn't felt before. It was a little crippling and muddied his mental facilities. Shaking his head, he rubbed his eyes and opened them. The light had faded away, and Ka was in a tree with three other beings just like him, only smaller. A purple, green and pink "Ka" huddled around him for warmth.

Elder Feng paused from his story and stared at his son, "Do you understand the importance of this moment?"

Vleg shook his head, "No I don't, my father. What's so special about the three other fliers? There all over the place in the sky."

"Not back then. See until Ka was born, there were only the three Gods. They created plants, earth, clusters (galaxies) using their will, but it was an illusion of sorts. It was only real because they gave the energy a picture, and that's how they recognized it visually. There was no presence behind it, no form of being behind them. Remember, this is before the Universe was born."

"What do you mean before it was born? There's planets and stars!"

Elder Feng chuckled, "The Universe is not just a structured realm of existence where physical things exist. It's a living being, complete with its own consciousness and form. It's kind of like our bodies. Outside, it seems we're one solid complete being, but inside we're a realm of existence for many living beings working together for the greater good. What we see, touch, taste and hear is just our brains perceiving exchanges of information from patterns of energy fluctuations. Everything that lives within the Universe, is like the tiny cells within our body, we're connected to a universal consciousness. We live in a group perceived reality. When you tap into that with your own mune (will), you have found the path to accessing the powers of the gods."

Vleg listened intently, "So if everything before the Universe was an illusion, what was it?"

"My son, that is like asking what exists outside of the Universe. You can only know that when you release your soul to everything." He noticed Vleg had dozed off and he smiled. "We'll continue tomorrow."
